Mark Evans lives in Birmingham (UK) where he works for the NHS as a Health Care Assistant. In addition to this he also does some trade union work. However, over the past two years or so most of his spare time has been directed towards the creation of a new UK based initiative called Project for a Participatory Society - United Kingdom
