Yesterday concluded the third round of negotiations around the Iranian nuclear deals, in which France, the US, the UK, Russia, China and Germany participated.
The ongoing event is developing in Vienna, and the aim is to reach a final document before the 20th of July, which was set as a deadline. Even as the countries are already working on the final draft, there's still no final consensus on a certain number of issues.
The agreement has been denominated “Joint Integrated Action Plan”. Mohamad Yavad Zarif, the Irani Exterior Affairs Ministry, has describe the present phase as slow, due to these differences. One of these is regarding the Arak plant for heavy water production.
On November 2013, Iran compromised with the G5+1 countries to partially suspend it's nuclear program in exchange for halting of economic sanctions.
