On this ocassion, our host Cristina Escobar visits the Cuba Bookstore and Cafe, a place known for impressive collection of good books, magazines and newspapers in English. She speaks with writer and journalist Conner Gorry, whose bookstore opened in August 2013, about why she came to Cuba, why she stayed, what moved her to open the place and what's special about it. This is an alcohol-free zone and reggaeton-free zone, says Gorry. You can be here all day reading, socializing, and listening to good music without buying anything. A different kind of place with an important role to play in today's changing times in Cuba.
