Middle of the World Brightens Up for Festival of Lights

The Festival of Lights in Quito, Ecuador takes over the streets of the historic district of the capital city for its second year in a row, to celebrate the Independence of Ecuador on Aug. 10, 1809, with nine light installation and performances.

This art festival is a collaboration with the government of France and especially with the city of Lyon.
